My story…
BEGINNINGS
I started practising yoga regularly 17 years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter. I was looking for a way to stay strong, steady and calm during pregnancy and child birth.
My life as a jeweller during this time inspired many journeys to India to source gem stones, it was during these trips that I was drawn to the deeper philosophical teachings of yoga and meditation…

After many years of personal practice and study I enrolled on the British Wheel of yoga’s 500 hour teacher training. On completion I began teaching classes in London’s Exmouth Market and working therapeutically with individuals on a one to one basis as well as running retreats in Morocco and France. I work holistically with mind, body and breath to create harmony and balance to help navigate smoothly through our busy demanding lives.
The practice of yoga has allowed me to move through life with a feeling of harmony, more able to view challenges with lightness and trusting everything is how it should be. I feel a better sense of connectedness to the world around me and a deep appreciation of the body I get to explore the world in.
My classes are an all inclusive Hatha based practice with particular emphasis on moving mindfully and using breath to connect us to body and mind.

“Enlightenment is when a wave realises it is the ocean.”
— Thich Nhat Hanh
I love to explore and to be out in nature so I seek out the ocean whenever possible taking my longboard with me. Mountains have the same pull. If I am at home in London you will find me walking with my dog in our leafy parks, teaching or planning my next trip.
I believe nature is our biggest teacher and where I find it easiest to connect myself to something bigger. It’s gives me a sense of plugging myself back into source energy and that way I allow myself to flow with life rather that feeling of push pull.
