Retreats are my favourite way to enjoy yoga, getting to know my students, as we take time out together to focus on ourselves away from the stress and distractions of daily life.

I host our retreats with my wonderful and talented friend Becky Bieraugel - you can find out more about her on her website. We have carefully selected our retreats in the UK and abroad for the beautiful surroundings to inspire and rejuvenate our guests

“I believe nature is our biggest teacher and where I find it easiest to connect myself to something bigger. It’s gives me a sense of plugging myself back into source energy and that way I allow myself to flow with life rather that feeling of push pull”
